Shipping Policy

Processing Time

At Techified 3D, we take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each order is carefully processed and prepared for shipping:

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Custom 3D Printed Products: Custom orders require 3-5 business days for production, depending on complexity and current order volume.
  • Pre-Order Items: Estimated processing times for pre-order items are listed on the product page.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Free shipping applies to the standard shipping option only and will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated based on destination, weight, and package dimensions. These rates will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees that may be imposed by their country's government. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs office.

International delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs processing in your country. Please allow additional time for international shipments.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number on our website or directly through the carrier's website.

If you haven't received tracking information within the expected processing time, please check your spam folder first, then contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for express or priority shipping methods. If you provide a P.O. box for these shipping methods, your order may be delayed while we contact you for an alternative address.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer the following return options:

  • Standard Products: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
  • Custom Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made products are only eligible for return if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale may have different return policies as specified at the time of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom products that have been produced according to your specifications, unless defective

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@techified3d.com or through our contact form to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Include your order number and RMA number with your return.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Refund Inclusions:

  • The purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Sales tax on the returned item(s)

Refund Exclusions:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Gift wrapping fees
  • Handling fees

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund your original shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe specified above, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
